The internet has been flooded with leaks about Lenovo’s upcoming Moto X4 these past few months. Lenovo didn’t feel the need to keep Moto X4 under wraps anymore and decided to unveil it during the IFA 2017 tech event. However, a recent leak shows us once again that Lenovo is not finished with Moto X4 since a press render reveled that the smartphone will receive the Android One logo branding.

The leak comes as a courtesy of Evan Blass who is a well-known leakster that loves to ruin every smartphone company’s plans of surprising customers. Nonetheless, the leaked picture shows us the rear side of Moto X4 and the thing that stands out the most is the Android One logo. Although, the smartphone doesn’t seem to present any design changes in comparison with the standard Moto X4 model.
Traditionally, Lenovo keep US customers waiting for a while until they can get their hands on its latest smartphones. Well, it seems like this isn’t the case this time. Google is planning to release a new Android One Program in the US during the upcoming future and Moto X4 will be the “poster-model” for that program.
Android One Program
Android One devices are known for offering reliable hardware specs alongside a pure Android experience for an affordable price. Google’s new Android One Program is specially created to appeal to low-budget customers who are not looking to spend huge amounts of cash on flagship Android smartphones such as Pixel and Pixel XL.
Moto X4 Specs
Lenovo and Google’s upcoming smartphone will ship with a 5.2-inch LTPS IPS display that’s coated in Corning Gorilla Glass protection. Moreover, the smartphone is quite powerful being powered by Qualcomm’s 2.2GHz Snapdragon 630 processor that’s coupled with an Adreno 508 graphics processing unit and 3GB of RAM. Last but not least, we need to mention that Moto X4 will sport a large 3,000 mAh battery.
