This year is going to be a great one for smartphone fans. The MWC (mobile world congress) tech event is just around the corner and this is where some of the world’s biggest tech companies such as Samsung, LG and Xiaomi, for example, are going to launch their flagship devices for 2019. However, this doesn’t mean that smartphone fans should rush and buy a smartphone from the MWC event. More amazing smartphones are going to launch all throughout the year and Sony’s Xperia XA3 is the perfect example of that.

Sony Xperia XA3 and Xperia XA3 Plus

Even though Sony has had a difficult time finding success in the smartphone industry, Sony has decided that it’s going to go “all-in” in 2019 and launch a smartphone that will be equipped with the best hardware parts available on the market. The smartphone that we are talking about is called Xperia XA3 and there will also be a bigger version called Xperia XA3 Plus. Nonetheless, the press render for the two smartphones has been leaked.

Leaked Press Render

Sony’s upcoming flagship smartphones are making headlines today because the reliable leakster known as Roland Quandt has somehow managed to get his hands on the unreleased press render of Xperia XA3 and Xperia XA3 Plus.

The size difference between the two smartphones is quite significant, but other than that, Xperia XA3 and its bigger Plus variant look the same. In addition, the design of the two Xperia XA3 variants is flashy and it features high screen to body ratio.

Specs Overview

Since we talked about Sony’s next-generation flagship smartphone, let’s check out the highlight hardware specs that Xperia XA3 will have to offer. First off, the smartphone will ship with a 5.9-inches IPS LCD display that offers a pixel resolution of 1080 x 2160. Leaving the display aside, Xperia XA3 will feature an octa-core Snapdragon 660 CPU under its hood that is paired to 4GB RAM.
