Nokia P1 Update – Only A Couple Days Left

The whole tech world is enthusiastic about the upcoming MWC (Mobile World Congress) event. The reason behind this is that all major tech companies are going to attend that event and launch their highly anticipated smartphones. The company that’s making the biggest waves in the smartphone industry as of late is Nokia.

The Finnish manufacturer decided to make a comeback in the smartphone industry this year and launched Nokia 6. The device has been quite successful but Nokia isn’t settling at that. It looks like Nokia’s goal for this year is to become the one of the most active smartphone manufacturers since another Nokia device will be arriving at MWC. The device we are talking about is Nokia P1. Today we’re going to go over everything we know about Nokia P1 and see what’s all the fuss about.

Nokia P1: Design And Display

According to rumors, Nokia P1 will be the company’s best looking device yet. The smartphone will feature a sleek looking all-metal body design that will have corned corners. This will put Nokia P1 up to par with all the other flagship Android powered devices. The back panel will be equipped with a fingerprint scanner.

In terms of display, Nokia P1 will ship with a 5.3 inch display. The panel is slightly smaller than Nokia 6’s 5.5 inch panel. Additionally, the Finnish manufacturer will coat Nokia P1’s display in Corning Gorilla Glass thus making it scratch and crack resistance. Worth mentioning is that the smartphone will be IP57 certified. This means that it’s water and dust proof.

Nokia P1: Hardware Performance

The device is quite impressive from a hardware performance point of view. If we take a look under its hood we can see that it’s powered by a highly impressive Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset. The processor will also be paired with 6GB of RAM and a large 3,500 mAh battery. It looks like Nokia is keeping its tradition of installing long lasting batteries on its smartphones. Also, the smartphone will feature a USB Type-C Port and the classic 3.5mm headphone jack. From what we can see, it’s safe to say that Nokia P1 will take the smartphone market by storm during the upcoming days.
