Remember when laptops first arrived on the computer market and revolutionized the way in which people interacted with their computers entirely? That was one of the biggest turning points in recent tech history, but now the time has come for another big revolution in this domain. We’re talking about the rise of the hybrid tablet, of course.

If you’re not familiar with the concept, let us briefly explain what a hybrid tablet is. A hybrid tablet is also known as a 2 in 1, and it represents a tablet that instantly becomes a laptop when a portable keyboard is attached. Let’s have a look at the best two.

Microsoft Surface Pro

The Microsoft Surface Pro tablets are just mere tablets. That is until you attach a Type Cover keyboard to them. Unfortunately, the keyboard has to be acquired separately for quite a handsome sum of money, but it’s all worth it in the end when considering the benefits.  The Surface Pro has been a hit since the very beginning, but the new and revamped version clearly takes the cake. So if you’re willing to spend the cash, go for it. You will not regret this purchase.

Apple iPad Pro

The initial Apple iPads from the company’s Pro line was nothing special, just like many other iPads before them. But Apple is now finally focusing on tablets, and so the new and revamped variants of the iPad Pro have been announced in June at WWDC.

The new Pro line has a refreshed 10.5-inch tablet, as well as a brand new 12.9-inch one. But the star of the show is iOS 11, which turns almost any tablet it is paired with into a true Mac computer. Everything is the same, from the interface to the features.
