Honor 10 is one of the most anticipated smartphones of 2018 and even though we might not know its official launch date, we do know that Huawei will make that information public in the upcoming months. The reason we strongly believe Huawei is preparing to unveil Honor 10 is because a recent leak shows us that the upcoming flagship smartphone is ready to be launched.
Huawei Honor 10 Leak
This leak comes as a courtesy of Weibo which is the Chinese version of Reddit and it shows how the highly anticipated smartphone will look like. The cookie wallpaper might be cool, but the best thing about this leak is that it confirms to us that Honor 10 will ship with a bezel less display that’s similar to iPhone X, at least in terms of design.
Talking about the display, Honor 10’s panel will measure in at 5.8-inches and it will use LTPS IPS LCD technology. The capacitive touchscreen will feature 16 million colors, a pixel resolution of 1080 x 2160 and it will be covered in Corning Gorilla Glass for additional protection.
Another important thing that we need to mention about Honor 10 is that will run on Google’s Android 8.0 Oreo. This is Google’s latest operating system and its packed with tons of cool features that take its user experience to the next level. Moreover, the operating system will use Huawei’s trademark EMUI 8.0 UI (user interface).
Since Honor 10 will hold the title of being Huawei’s flagship smartphone, the Chinese tech giant made sure to equip it with premium specs such as the octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 970 CPU that clocks at 2.4GHz. Furthermore, the CPU is paired with a Mali-G72 MP12 GPU and 6GB of RAM alongside an expandable storage space of 64/128GB.
