Xiaomi announced earlier today that it wants to launch Redmi Note 7 Pro in China on March 18th. Not only that, but Xiaomi is giving out free units to 100 Chinese fans who sign up Mi accounts and test some of the smartphone’s highlight features such as the high-end camera and the fast processor. Nonetheless, Redmi Note 7 Pro is not going to be the only smartphone that Xiaomi wants to launch in the upcoming future.

The reason why we are saying that is because Redmi 7 was recently spotted in a TENAA report which means that the smartphone has received certification to launch in China.

Therefore, Xiaomi fans should expect a “surprise” launch for Redmi 7 during the upcoming future. With that said, let’s check out the hardware specs that Redmi 7 has to offer.

Redmi 7: Specs Overview

  • Internal Hardware

Redmi 7 is going to be available in two different CPU options. The options are Snapdragon 632 and 636. Both processors feature eight cores and they clock at 1.8GHz. To make things even better, the smartphone’s processors are paired with a 4,000 mAh battery and 2GB/3GB/4GB of RAM alongside 16GB/32GB/64GB of internal storage space which can be expanded up to 512GB via microSD card.

  • Camera and OS

Redmi 7 will feature a 12MP main camera that is mounted on the rear side and a smaller 8MP selfie shooter that is hidden inside a display top-notch shaped as a waterdrop. Moreover, Redmi 7 will run on Google’s latest Android 9.0 Pie operating system which is renowned for offering a premium user experience.
