Even though Microsoft is one of the largest companies in the world, some issues still manage to pass under its radar. Xbox One and Xbox 360 owners can confirm this since an annoying issue has been plaguing the two platforms for these couple of days. This issue doesn’t allow people to make purchases and to access content or games that they already own.
Xbox One and Xbox 360 Issue
Not being able to purchase new games or DLCs for a period of time is not something that problematic for the Xbox fan base. However, not being able to access content and games that have already been previously purchased is a serious problem. Things get even worse since people don’t know if this issue is caused by their internet connection or by Microsoft itself.
Taking in consideration the fact that there are hundreds of thousands Xbox fans, Microsoft quickly heard of this issue and put its developers ‘to work. In fact, this is what Microsoft had to say about this annoying bug: “Our engineers and developers are actively continuing to work to resolve the issue causing some members to have problems finding previously-purchased content or purchasing new content. Stay tuned, and thanks for your patience”.
Fortunately for Xbox One and Xbox 360 fans, Microsoft’s developers have been quick to act and found the bug that’s causing this issue. Moreover, Microsoft announced that this issue has been removed as of now and that Xbox One and Xbox 360 owners should not encounter any more troubles whenever they want to purchase new content or games.
It’s great seeing how fast Microsoft was able to patch this issue. However, this was to be expected when considering how many Xbox One and Xbox 360 owners are active and the fact that they pay a monthly subscription for Xbox Live.
