If you are looking to purchase a new smartphone, but you are not willing to spend more than $1,000 for one of Apple’s latest iPhone X, then we might have just the perfect alternative for you. Today Meizu is getting ready to launch M16 and M16 Plus. The two smartphones will feature high-end specs which are paired with cool features, but the best thing about them is that they are quite affordable.
Leaked FCC Certification
The reason we know Meizu is planning to launch the two smartphones today is because this information was confirmed in an FCC report that leaked out yesterday. From the looks of it, Meizu was planning to take the smartphone industry by surprise, but this plan failed.
Nonetheless, Meizu M16’s benchmark results have been leaked and we can see what the flagship smartphone will be capable of before it hits the stores.
Meizu M16 Benchmark Results
Considering that Meizu M16 will hold the title of being a flagship smartphone, it should come as no surprise that it passed every benchmark test with flying colors.
The smartphone scored a whopping 8865 points in the multi-core test and 2289 in the single-core one. The results are impressive, but this was to be expected since Meizu M16 is packed with high-end specs.
Powerful Hardware Specs
Meizu M16 is equipped with a Snapdragon 845 processor which is Qualcomm’s latest CPU and the most powerful mobile CPU available on the market right now. Moreover, the CPU is paired with a big 2,950 mAh battery and 6GB of RAM which takes the CPU’s processing power to the next level.
We should mention that one of Meizu M16’s key selling features will be the large 6-inch display that features a 91.18% screen-to-body ratio. The smartphone looks amazing and this will help it compete against the likes of iPhone X.
