As the entire world already knows by now, the Mobile World Congress event is just around the corner. This is a huge event in the tech industry and all the world’s biggest companies are scheduled to unveil their latest smartphones, TVs, robots and many more. HTC is one of the companies that usually attends that event and rumor has it that this year HTC is going to unveil something big!
HTC Desire 12
The smartphone that HTC is expected to unveil is known as Desire 12 and even though HTC doesn’t want to release any official information about its specs, the smartphone’s full specs sheet has recently been leaked.
We should also mention that Evan Blass, who is a reliable leakster that has a good track record of predicting upcoming releases has said that HTC Desire 12 will be launched during the Mobile World Congress. Nonetheless, let’s check out what specs HTC Desire 12 will have to offer.
Hardware Specs Leak
The first thing we need to say about HTC Desire 12 is that it’s going to be marketed as a premium smartphone, which should already hint towards high-end specs. With that being said, no one should be shocked to find out that HTC Desire 12 will be powered by a 64-bit, quad-core MediaTek processor.
Even though the processor is quite powerful on its own, the folks at HTC decided to pair it with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage space. Moving on, the smartphone will ship with a 5.5-inches panel that features a high resolution of 720 x 1440 (HD+) pixels. Things get even better than this because the display will feature an 18:9 aspect ratio.
As if the smartphone wasn’t impressive enough, HTC also equipped it with a 12MP rear-mounted camera that records videos in full HD 1080p resolution. People who love taking selfies are going to like the fact that HTC Desire 12 ships with a 5MP front-mounted shooter.
