Even though it’s been only a couple of months since Epic Games introduced pets to Fortnite, we should get ready for season 7. With the winter holidays just around the corner, Epic Games has decided to tease an image that gives us a glimpse of what’s to come. The image (featured picture) was tweeted by Epic Games with the following message “A bitter ice spreads… 3 days to Season 7”.

Fortnite Season 7

The image tweeted by Epic Games doesn’t show too much, but it does confirm to us that Fortnite is going to receive snow in the upcoming season. What’s interesting is that the shadowy figure which is shown in the image has never been seen before in Fortnite. Nonetheless, the glowing eyes and frost-blue ice body makes the character look really spooky and it further confirms the snow theme.

New Villain?

Everyone is speculating that the shadowy figure is going to be the game’s new villain and that it will work just like Thanos did. On the downside of things, there’s no way for us to know if this rumor is going to prove true. Although, we will find out the truth in only three days.

Fortnite Will Get Snow

If there’s something that we can be certain about, then it has to be the fact that Fortnite’s new season will introduce snow. The image that Epic games teased on Twitter confirms that and dataminers have managed to find data which shows that Fortnite will get snow in Season 7. Not just that, but the dataminers have also found new sound files that will alter the way the footsteps of players sound like when they step on snow.

Final Words

The new season is only a couple of days away and we think it’s safe to say that all Fortnite fans are excited about it. It’s great to see how Epic Games keeps improving the game with every new update and this makes it clear why Fortnite has managed to achieve the milestone of having 200 million players.
