Fortnite is the most popular game in the world with 125 million players logging in every single day. There are many features that helped make the game so popular, but the most important one is that its super fun! The game was originally launched as a PC exclusive, but then it moved to Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and iOS. The only platform that doesn’t have access to Fortnite is Android, but that is going to change during the upcoming future.
Fortnite Launching On Android
Epic Games has confirmed that Fortnite for Android is currently in the works and that the game’s launch date will be revealed in late August. Not just that, but Epic Games also teamed up with Samsung and it’s going to release Fortnite as an exclusive Galaxy Note 9 title, but this will change after a couple of days and everyone will be able to download it.
The reason we are talking about Fortnite on Android today is because Epic Games has just announced something quite interesting, the game will be quite big in size and it will not be featured on the official Google Play Store.
Therefore, Fortnite fans who own Android-powered smartphones will be required to download the mobile game from Epic Games official website.
Epic Games Generates $2 Million Per Day on iOS
Even though Fortnite is a free to play game, Epic Games revealed that it generated $2 million per day when the game launched on iOS. From the looks of it, Epic Games plans to replicate that success when the game will finally launch on Android.
Considering that there are millions of Android fans all over the world who already play Fortnite on their PCs, we think that Epic Games is going to be successful in launching a special Android version of the game.
