Microsoft got Xbox fans excited a couple of days ago when it announced all the new games that it plans to introduce over the upcoming months, but now Sony decided to step up and show Microsoft how it’s done.

Sony hosted its E3 2018 press conference event and announced a bunch of highly anticipated games. Not just that, but Sony also unveiled gameplay footage on popular games such as The Last of Us Part 2 and Ghost of Tsushima, both of which are PS4 exclusives.

The Last of Us Part 2

What better way to start listing every game that Sony announced than with The Last of Us Part 2? This is one of the most anticipated games by PS4 fans because of the immersive story and excellent gameplay that it offers.

Moreover, the first The Last of Us game is considered as a “must-have” for all PlayStation fans and the expectations are set really high for this second installment. Nonetheless, the new game looks awesome in terms of graphics and the post-apocalyptic setting feels more alive than ever.

Ghost of Tsushima

Awesome exclusive titles are one of the reasons why Sony has the upper hand over Microsoft. Ghosts of Tsushima is going to be another AAA PS4 exclusive and it will give players a chance to step into the world of samurais and battle their foes with katanas. The graphics for Ghost of Tsushima are incredible, but what matters the most is the combat system.

The gameplay footage shows us that the combat in Ghosts of Tsushima will require players to hone their sword skills if they want to live the life of a samurai.

Resident Evil 2

If you are the type of person who enjoys blasting off the heads of zombies, then you should be happy to know that Resident Evil 2 is coming soon.

This is a remake of the popular zombie game and it’s scheduled to come out in 2019. On the downside of things, Sony didn’t unveil too many details about the upcoming game but this didn’t stop fans from getting excited because Resident Evil 2 received the best crowd reaction.

Marvel’s Spiderman Game

It’s been a long time since Sony launched a Spiderman game, but it looks like the waiting was worth it. As you all probably know, Marvel (the movie studio) decided to bring Spiderman back on cinema screens with Tom Holland as the actor and this helped the comic book character to get quite a massive fan following.

Therefore, Sony and Marvel are releasing a new Spiderman game which is going to be a PS4 exclusive. The game looks great, but the best thing about it is the way Spiderman’s web-slinging controls function because they seem to give players the freedom to roam all over the city.

In addition, Marvel’s Spiderman Game is scheduled to come out in September 2019 and it will bring lots of familiar supervillains that players will be able to fight against. We can be sure that this game will make some Xbox fan consider switching sides.

Death Stranding

Norman Reedus is one of the main actors in “The Walking Dead” TV series and he will be the main protagonist in Death Stranding. The game is created by Hideo Kojima who is famous in the gaming community for creating fan favorite titles such as the Metal Gear franchise.

Moreover, the new game looks super confusing and we might need to wait for Sony to launch a new trailer before we can understand what’s happening.
