Check Out Rage 2’s Official PC System Requirements

Rage 2 is one of the most anticipated games in the world and it’s scheduled to release on May 14th. Even though the game is only one week away from launching, the official system requirements for Rage 2 have yet to be unveiled. Luckily, the wait is finally over! Bethesda has decided to announce the full list of system requirements in order to play Rage 2 on PC and today we are going to present them.

PC Recommended Settings

  • Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
  • OS: Win7, 8.1, or 10 (64-Bit versions)
  • Processor: Intel Core i7-4770 or AMD Ryzen 5 1600X
  • Memory: 8GB RAM
  • Graphics: Nvidia GTX 1070 8GB or AMD Vega 56 8GB
  • Storage: 50 GB available space

PC Minimum Settings

  • Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
  • OS: Win7, 8.1, or 10 (64-Bit versions)
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-3570 or AMD Ryzen 3 1300X
  • Memory: 8GB RAM
  • Graphics: Nvidia GTX 780 3GB or AMD R9 280 3GB
  • Storage: 50 GB available space

Additional Visual Features

  • FOV Slider (50 to 120 degrees)
  • Show HUD (on/off)
  • Reticle Style (default/simple/none)
  • Motion Blur (on/off)
  • Depth of Field (on/off)
  • Ultra-wide (21:9) and Super Ultra-wide (32:9) display support (PC)

Next-Generation Game

As we can clearly see, Rage 2 requires impressive hardware specs in order to run at full graphics quality. However, this was to be expected since Rage 2 is a next-generation game this means that it needs the latest CPUs and GPUs to deliver a smooth gameplay experience.

On the other hand, the fact that Rage 2 requires such powerful hardware specs also means that the game is going to feature impressive graphics that will blow players away and as we all know, PC gamers love nothing more than titles that take their PC’s to the full potential.
