Various reports have already suggested that Apple is currently working on a 4- inched iPhone with rounded edges and many other features similar to that of iPhone 6s.
By the courtesy of the rumor mill, we finally have a face for the upcoming 4- inched iPhone which is now highly tipped to be called as iPhone 5se.
On the forum known as One More Thing, a user has shared an image of what apparently is tipped to be the upcoming iPhone 5se.
In the image, an iPhone is shown which features exactly 4- inches of display but also looks quite similar to iPhone 6s.
You must be wondering that how would we know if it’s a 4- inched display by looking at an image? Well the iPhone 5se is placed right next to the iPhone 5s which as we all know also has a 4- inched display. Besides how it looks, the leaked image does not really show anything else.
It was 9to5Mac to reportthat the upcoming 4- inched iPhone will be known as iPhone 5selast week, and it also reported that the next 4- inched iPhone will contain many similar features as to the iPhone 5s, iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6s. In those reports, the iPhone 5se is tipped to feature an A8 SoC and M8 coprocessor.
The color variants in which the iPhone 5se will be available will be silver, rose gold and space grey which was also seen previously in the most recent iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus lineups, according to the same report.
There arerumors about the launch of the iPad Air 3 along with the iPhone 5se, the report suggested. It also added that both the devices could be launched in either March or April.
Ming-Chi Kuo of KGI, has released a note to all the investors that his firm does not see the iPhone 5se as innovative in the form factor nor think of it to have any better hardware features.
Keeping in mind of the price cuts on iPhone 5s, KGI’s previous expectations of 18- 20 million of shipment of iPhone 5se has reduced to 10- 12 million.
He further added that the Cupertino based company will sell very few iPhone models in the first quarter but he said he has high hopes for the MacBook lineup.
